PROFESSIONAL REGULATIONS


In South Africa, the Property Valuers Profession Act, No. 47 of 2000 stipulates that all property valuations be performed by a Valuer registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (“SACPVP”), which our experienced and qualified professionals are.

In addition, we only have titled “Professional Valuers”, and don’t make use of “Candidate” or “Associated Valuers”. Because we want the best for our clients, we supply and offer the best there is in South Africa. We adhere to the professional regulations, code of conduct of the Property Valuers Profession and compliance with guidelines established by the International Valuations Standards Committee (“IVSC”).

  • VALUATION PROCESS

    We understand the urgency and research surrounding each property, and therefore would like to explain our process accordingly.


    • Once our competitive quote is accepted and a formal instruction to commence is received, an on-site inspection is arranged within 24 hours. Customer convenience is our aim and we will schedule time accordingly. Depending on the application of the subject property, an inspection will last between 20 minutes to an hour. Complex properties could be longer, but pre-arrangements will be made well in advance.
    • To save time, our team will commence with the market and economic research of the suburb and surroundings. After the inspection is done, the Property Valuation Report will be done between 3 to 5 working days. Should the valuation be very urgent, we have ample resources to suit the timelines.
